For Members: As a member, you can easily book your session by simply clicking on the “Members Scheduling” button on the homepage and you will have direct access to our booking calendar, where you can select one of your allocated four 3-hour slots per month. Choose your preferred date and time, confirm your booking, and you’re all set!

For Non-Members: Non-members can also book a session at Head-Space by following a slightly different process. On the homepage, click on the “Non Members Scheduling” button. This will direct you to a form where you can provide your preferred date and time for your session. Choose between a half-day or full-day session, and submit the form with your details. Our team will review your request and contact you promptly to finalize the booking and confirm availability.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot, as availability may vary based on demand.   3. Cyc Wall Usage: When using the Cyc Wall, we kindly ask members to wear protective booties over their shoes to prevent scuffing or damage to the surface. This helps maintain the high-quality finish of the Cyc Wall for everyone’s benefit.

  4. Track Usage: If you plan to use the tracks, please ensure that they are properly padded to prevent any potential damage.

  5. Safety Considerations: Your safety and the safety of others are of utmost importance to us. Please use the equipment in a safe manner and report any issues or concerns to our staff immediately.

Yes, to ensure a comfortable and conducive environment for our members, there is a maximum capacity for the studio at Head-Space. The maximum capacity is set at 6 individuals per session. This limitation allows for ample space, unrestricted movement, and optimal utilization of our studio resources.

We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to accommodate more than 6 individuals for a specific project or event. In such cases, we kindly request that you reach out to us in advance to discuss your requirements and make special arrangements. The studio hours of operation at Head-Space are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We understand the importance of flexibility and convenience in accommodating our members’ schedules, which is why we offer extended hours to provide ample time for your creative sessions.

At Head-Space, we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure a fair and efficient booking system for all our members, including both members and non-members.

For Members and Non-Members: If you need to cancel a booking, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session. This allows us to offer the time slot to others who may be interested in booking the studio. Failure to cancel within the specified time frame may result in the following:

  • Members: If a member fails to cancel a booking within 72 hours of the scheduled session, they will lose that particular slot from their allocated six 3-hour slots for the month.

  • Non-Members: Non-members who fail to cancel a booking within 72 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee. The specific fee amount will be communicated at the time of cancellation.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. By providing sufficient notice for cancellations, you contribute to a smoother booking process and allow us to accommodate other members and non-members who may be waiting for availability.

Yes, at Head-Space, we provide parking options for your convenience.

Street Parking: There is street parking available near our studio, allowing you to easily access the facility. Please note that parking availability may vary depending on the time of day and other factors, so we recommend allowing some extra time to find a suitable parking spot.

Load-in and Load-out Side Door: In addition to street parking, we offer a dedicated load-in and load-out side door for your convenience. This door has a 3 1/2-foot step up, which may require some assistance or additional equipment if you are carrying heavy or bulky items.

Yes, we do have bathrooms available on-site at Head-Space. However, please be aware that these bathrooms are part of The Lemp Brewery complex and are not maintained by Head Space Studios. Feel free to use these bathrooms as changing rooms during your photography session for your convenience.

As your session nears its end, we kindly ask that you start wrapping up approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled end time. Here’s a quick checklist of what to do:

  • Gear and Props: Please ensure all equipment and props are returned to their original locations. Keeping the studio tidy ensures a seamless experience for the next guest.
  • Clean Up: Help us maintain a clean and inviting space by disposing of any trash generated during your session. Sweep or wipe down any areas you used, leaving the studio in the same pristine condition you found it.
  • Security Measures: Prior to leaving, please ensure all doors are closed securely behind you. Click the lock button and push the door to confirm it’s properly locked. Don’t forget to secure the back door as well.

Your cooperation in following these guidelines is highly appreciated. It helps us maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all members.

At Head-Space, we understand that mistakes can happen. However, it’s essential to remember that our studio is a communal workspace. We cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings left on the premises. Therefore, we highly encourage you to double-check and ensure you have all your belongings before leaving the studio.

If, by any chance, any personal items are found by our members or staff, we will store them in the top cabinets for safekeeping. However, we cannot guarantee the safety of any items left behind. If you have left an item, contact us immediately  and we will do our best to locate and return your belongings.

To safeguard your personal gear, we recommend being diligent about collecting all your belongings before departing from the studio. This ensures the protection of your valuable items and contributes to maintaining a secure and orderly environment for all members.
