3. Cyc Wall Usage: When using the Cyc Wall, we kindly ask members to wear protective booties over their shoes to prevent scuffing or damage to the surface. This helps maintain the high-quality finish of the Cyc Wall for everyone’s benefit.

4. Track Usage: If you plan to use the tracks, please ensure that they are properly padded to prevent any potential damage.

5. Safety Considerations: Your safety and the safety of others are of utmost importance to us. Please use the equipment in a safe manner and report any issues or concerns to our staff immediately.

Absolutely! We encourage photographers to bring their own camera equipment to Head-Space. We do not provide cameras for users to utilize during their sessions, so bringing your own camera allows you to work with the gear you are most comfortable and familiar with.

Yes, to ensure a comfortable and conducive environment for our members, there is a maximum capacity for the studio at Head-Space. The maximum capacity is set at 6 individuals per session. This limitation allows for ample space, unrestricted movement, and optimal utilization of our studio resources.

We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to accommodate more than 6 individuals for a specific project or event. In such cases, we kindly request that you reach out to us in advance to discuss your requirements and make special arrangements. Our team will work closely with you to assess the feasibility and availability of accommodating larger groups.

By maintaining a reasonable maximum capacity, we prioritize the quality of your experience and ensure that our studio remains a comfortable and functional space for all members. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this capacity limitation.

The duration of studio sessions at Head-Space depends on whether you are a member or a non-member.

For Members: As a valued member of Head-Space, you have access to four 3-hour slots each month. These slots provide you with dedicated time to work on your photography projects within our studio. You can allocate these slots based on your availability and project requirements, allowing you to make the most of your membership benefits.

For Non-Members: Non-members have the option to book a half day or a full day session at Head-Space. The half-day session typically spans a duration of approximately 4 hours, while the full-day session covers approximately 8 hours. Please note that for non-members, the booking is made at the full price for the selected session duration.

Yes, at Head-Space, we have in-house staff available who can accompany you during your shoot. If you require the assistance of a photographer or an assistant for your session, we are here to support you.

To hire a photographer or assistant through Head-Space, please send us a special request outlining your specific requirements. Our dedicated team will review your request and work with you to determine the availability, rates, and any additional details needed to fulfill your request.

The studio hours of operation at Head-Space are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We understand the importance of flexibility and convenience in accommodating our members’ schedules, which is why we offer extended hours to provide ample time for your creative sessions.

At Head-Space, we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure a fair and efficient booking system for all our members, including both members and non-members.

For Members and Non-Members: If you need to cancel a booking, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session. This allows us to offer the time slot to others who may be interested in booking the studio. Failure to cancel within the specified time frame may result in the following:

• Members: If a member fails to cancel a booking within 72 hours of the scheduled session, they will lose that particular slot from their allocated six 3-hour slots for the month.

• Non-Members: Non-members who fail to cancel a booking within 72 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee. The specific fee amount will be communicated at the time of cancellation.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. By providing sufficient notice for cancellations, you contribute to a smoother booking process and allow us to accommodate other members and non-members who may be waiting for availability.

Yes, at Head-Space, we provide parking options for your convenience.

Street Parking: There is street parking available near our studio, allowing you to easily access the facility. Please note that parking availability may vary depending on the time of day and other factors, so we recommend allowing some extra time to find a suitable parking spot.

Load-in and Load-out Side Door: In addition to street parking, we offer a dedicated load-in and load-out side door for your convenience. This door has a 3 1/2-foot step up, which may require some assistance or additional equipment if you are carrying heavy or bulky items.

Yes, we do have bathrooms available on-site at Head-Space. However, please be aware that these bathrooms are part of The Lemp Brewery complex and are not maintained by Head Space Studios. Feel free to use these bathrooms as changing rooms during your photography session for your convenience.

As your session nears its end, we kindly ask that you start wrapping up approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled end time. Here’s a quick checklist of what to do:

• Gear and Props: Please ensure all equipment and props are returned to their original locations. Keeping the studio tidy ensures a seamless experience for the next guest.
• Clean Up: Help us maintain a clean and inviting space by disposing of any trash generated during your session. Sweep or wipe down any areas you used, leaving the studio in the same pristine condition you found it.
• Security Measures: Prior to leaving, please ensure all doors are closed securely behind you. Click the lock button and push the door to confirm it’s properly locked. Don’t forget to secure the back door as well.

Your cooperation in following these guidelines is highly appreciated. It helps us maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all members.

At Head-Space, we understand that mistakes can happen. However, it’s essential to remember that our studio is a communal workspace. We cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings left on the premises. Therefore, we highly encourage you to double-check and ensure you have all your belongings before leaving the studio.

If, by any chance, any personal items are found by our members or staff, we will store them in the top cabinets for safekeeping. However, we cannot guarantee the safety of any items left behind. If you have left an item, contact us immediately  and we will do our best to locate and return your belongings.

To safeguard your personal gear, we recommend being diligent about collecting all your belongings before departing from the studio. This ensures the protection of your valuable items and contributes to maintaining a secure and orderly environment for all members.
